Went with my wife and two children, both under 9 for a ski trip to Bromont for the family day long weekend. The hotel is nice overall, but a bit dated. I stayed there with my daughter 4 years ago, rooms and overall hotel has not changed at all or been updated.
It's a nice place, but could use a little update inside and with the rooms.
But the service was good, hotel bar would use a few more staff so the wait is not so long when ordering, especially when the hotel is fully booked and over a long weekend.

The staff have all been very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle to and from the mountain was very convenient. For a family trip with some skiing and some liking the idea of pool and bar, this place is perfect.

TV on the upstairs sleeping area of junior suite didn’t work , it would be good to check periodically.

Mattresses were uncomfortable for both queen beds. Shower head was defective and had poor output as well as varying temperature. Fireplace shouldn’t be mentioned seeing someone has to come to the bedroom to start it (compared to gas ones). Pool was great and seemed well maintained. Arcades were below expectations; many machines were defective and keeping coins without working or games that lasted 15-20 seconds. Staff were great. Breakfast was conveniently located but expensive for what it was. Just next to the slopes which was great for skiing. Shuttle from hotel to slopes was fun. Overall, hotel would need to be refreshed and possibly better soundproofed as we were hearing very clearly kids from other rooms late at night.

The proximity to the mountain was desirable, but don't mistake this for ski in / ski out. They do provide a frequent and quick shuttle to the mountain base if you don't want to walk the 5-7min down a winding road then through the parking lot with gear.
Caution, when you hear 'family friendly', think of worse case scenario: freely roaming little ones and teens noisily in hallways and stairwells (this went unresolved for 3 nights despite calls to the front desk)...I had my own kids with me and they were annoyed (lest you think I'm a cranking old yank).

Loved the location, the town, and the view is amazing. Interior pool plus exterior pool and several hot tubs. Two restaurants. Basically a small resort! On the downside, the room was slightly old, refurbished but you could still see it was redone. Also quite tight for a small family. Overall a great experience thanks to the spot and the amenities!

The location was nice. The room was clean and a descent size. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Bromont. Just be aware that if you have an interior room you look down on the indoor pool which is open at 8, we were woken to kids playing in the pool.

The hotel has the potential to be amazing, and you come in with expectations, given it is a 4-star hotel with a steep price. We were there for easter and they had nice activities for the kids and even a goodie bag; however, a few things were disappointing:
1) We paid for a room with mountain view and got a room with a view of the parking and the green roof at the entrance. When I called to ask for a change, the hotel was booked and they consider that room "mountain view". They finally agreed to let us change room and that worked well.
2) They are not providing housekeeping services during your stay with the excuse of covid. They should say when you reserve.
3) In spite of covid, the breakfast they offer is a buffet with no one to serve it. So, you have to touch the serving utensils that everyone else has touched, which contradicts their policy for housekeeping.
4) The bathroom amenities are lacking (no cotton rounds or things that are basic at a 4-star hotel).
5) The lobby is nice but the rooms need to be better maintained.
