Hôtel Versō

The room was really quiet and the Turkish food in the restaurant just delicious, although few options for kids.

As we usually frequent their other hotel Espace 4 Saisons (which is more in the mountain), we liked the idea that it was right on the lake, and with it being summer, gave us more options for things to do without having to drive. Check in went smooth, and the overall appearance of the hotel was great. Updated recently, it had all the modern amenities that one would need while travelling. We spent a weekend there, while visiting family, and while on down time, we took advantage of the closeness to the lake and the downtown area, and walked everywhere. While the hotel is located on a main route into town, the backside of the hotel has a walkway/bike route that runs around the entire lake, that guests can utilize to move about. This hotel gives visitors a higher class of hotel in an area that has no hotel chains that one would normally know.

This is a modern hotel located right in front of the river. They finished renovation not so long ago so every thing looks clean. Swim in the river and cross one bike path to the hotel. (2min.walk) It was so convenient to be able to swim and go straight to the room with my kids. The room is clean with a stylish interior. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the main street with many shops and restaurants. The downside are that there is only one restaurant in the hotel and there is no complimentary water in the room. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. I had a good family trip. We want to visit again next sumner.
