The pool area was great but don't go when there is a kids sports tournament because its loud

Our stay was very nice. It is upscale for us traveling through to and from New Brunswick Toronto. The pool and hi tub were perfect for kids to burn energy before and after driving. The place was clean and quite and seemed to be mostely familyvsndvtravelers as our selves. Check in and out was quick and friendly. Se ons night later today!

Overall hotel was good. A bit dated, but clean. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the kids. Only complaint was the power went out randomly in the building for about an hour. It was not a wide spread power outage as the surrounding buildings had power.

Front desk employe Mr. Steve was very nice. Checkin was very fast and easy. HOWEVER there was a big group for a hockey tournament. I have worked in a hotel for 6 years and I am a hockey mom as well. Our hockey team went to various tournaments in the province. The team that was at Le President was a quite wild. the children from a very young age to teenagers...were running the hallways and at the main entrance. No parents in sight. On the 3rd floor, even with the security cameras...children running and jumping and popcorn EVERYWHERE entire hallway and elevator. I took pictures. and Mr. STeve came upstairs and saw. However it was not cleaned up until the next day. Horrible situation in the pool, the rules are on the wall no children under 10 in the hottub and no jumping or diving. I am certified SUA soins urgence aquatique and was unable to swim on the other end of the pool with all the kids. there were 4 parents sitting in a corner or their cell phones. I complaine to Mr. Steve and said there must surely be a contract signed by the hockey team and a penality should be given. I came to this hotel with my 78 year old mom to relax. That was the first day night. 2nd day our phone rings 9h30 pm front desk confirming my room, then 9h45 front desk employee knocking on various doors.... My mom and I were asleep and woken by all this. Not to be overly picky but for a 4 star hotel......disappointing

Location to highways and family makes this a good location for me. Quiet, clean rooms are what I expect and receive.

Excellent staff. Clean. Nice pool for kids to play in. I think charging $8/adult and $5/child for a cold breakfast is poor. If I pay for breakfast, I would have expected a hot breakfast.
