This hotel is a luxury haven on a gorgeous lake. We stayed in winter, and it was a pure delight! The chef of the Riverain restaurant is worthy of a Michelin mention. He is clearly a perfectionist. The weekend/holiday brunch is a royal feast, replete with delicate French pastries ready to dunk in your allongé, local charcuteries, eggs made on order just the way you want them, fresh fruit and decadent desserts to your heart's content. The Grand Marnier tiramisú was out of this world! This hotel is perfect for a couples' getaway or an upscale personalized experience for the entire family. It's also within drivable distance of the ski slopes at Mont Orford and Mont Bellevue.

Gorgeous lake setting. Rooms, lobbies, restaurant impeccably and tastefully decorated. Relaxed and lux vibe. Only one reservation. If you have a kid, the formal restaurant on the property is not accommodating. The only option begrudgingly offered was a small spaghetti with tomato sauce. Maybe it's a French thing.

Exceptional. The location, quality of room (junior suite with lake view) and amenities, as well as the high quality of the food at the Riverain dining room. Highly recommended.
