When I booked the room, it showed swimming pool and hot tab in pictures, and after we checked in, we found there is no pool at all. Also, there is no elevator in this hotel, very inconvenient. The room is very small. We felt really disappointing and decided to find another hotel. We didn’t use the room at all, we opened the door have a quick look and left immediately . We spent about one hour to negotiate with the hotel, but they refused to refund us. We had to leave for another hotel, cause it was getting late and our baby was fussy. So we actually didn’t sleep in this room, but they still charge us $300. We request a full refund! The good review of this hotel is not honest, really misleading!

Great central location. 2 minute walk to downtown and lots of restaurant choices. The hotel is actually motel style but it is newly renovated and clean. Buffet was ok - not a ton of variety but good enough. It worked well for us as a family of 4 to explore to island.

I really wish I could give a better review. The staff was nice and the room was nice and clean however, the room didn’t proper lighting or a/c. We had the ‘family suite’ and the room with the King bed had no proper room lighting and no a/c unit. The breakfast was also not good. We ended up needing to go and eat elsewhere both days we were there - not enough food or burnt eggs

Unique property in downtown Charlottetown. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Clean and modern. Would recommend for family or couple.

Late getting into room as they were waiting on bedding. Room was clean and A/C works well. However, when the suite next door showered at 5am the noise from the exhaust fan woke us up. We were on the bottom floor and were disturbed early morning by kids running around in the room above us. Would not stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. Walls/floors very thin so can hear everything going on around the hotel. Upstairs guests had a child who was jumping and we could hear every thump. Morning bus tour gathered outside our room early in the morning and were very loud so difficult to sleep in. Otherwise a good stay.

I like about the cleanliness and customer services and the location of this hotel. What i don't like is we were checked in at the 2nd floor and I need to lift my toddler's stroller going up and down.

LOCATION - excellent. Close to restaurants and souvenir shops. Definitely in the heart of historic Charlottetown. I agree with others, limited parking. We made sure we came back before 5 pm. I hate to think if we came AFTER dinner about the parking situation. ROOM - I would advise others NOT to take the smallest room available. It is nicely renovated. I now understand why when we entered why the AC was cranked so high. If the washroom was used, there was this musty smell coming from it. So we had no choice but to change the towels daily and close the door after use. Our room was also close to the fire door. Luckily most people retired early otherwise you can hear the door open and close. Sounds from the hallway are audible from the room esp when kids are running up and down the hallways. There are NO elevators. Staff did say that they can help you lug your luggage though. Even on the first floor there are two steps and no ramp. Be advised for those that cannot do steps. BREAKFAST was included. No concerns. You had the choice of oatmeal, cereal bars, juice and coffee, omelette (same type), sausage or potatoes, and variety of breads. It satisfied a craving Only sticky point - when they deactivated our key cards ONE day before check out. Staff should be more careful in checking when visitors are leaving.
