It was a short stay, but a nice stay. Some noise of course - but minimal. Definitely not an issue. There were a few small things like the kitchenette needs a couple of tea towels for drying hands or dishes. The little packets of coffee were not fresh. We could have used a pasta strainer and pasta spoon. (I forgot to bring those). And I noticed after arriving that the bathroom was wheel chair accessible. Which is fine. But if I somehow requested that - it was not my intention - but this meant the shower head was positioned quite low. Any person standing could not stand under the running water. I had to be on my knees. Minor thing, and potentiall my fault, but those would be a few changes that might be made. It was mostly comfortable for 5 of us. (2 adults, and 3 kids between 6-9yrs old)

We’ve stayed here many times. We were greeted by friendly staff as usual. The staff is always so kind to our children. Every time we stay we say “what a wonderful hotel!”.

Well the room was clean, besides a used bandage on the shower head! I lit was disgusting! Had a service guy come to the room to put the fireplace on- wasn’t friendly!! So I honestly wasn’t impressed the breakfast area not enough room kids hands touching everything so we didn’t stay for that. So I hope that we can get something off of our stay!!! .

Overall, we had an amazing time, the breakfast was excellent. My kids enjoyed the stay very much. would recommend it for a family with children.

Comfy bed, easy parking, good amenities like pool, fitness room, reading and game room which is handy for families, helpful staff. Rooms are a good size too.

Reviews seemed good upon booking but was extremely happy during our visit with Homewood Suites in London, ON. Friendly staff, Room was well laid out and clean/comfortable. My family loved the pool. And the full breakfast was fantastic!... Didn't expect a buffet! - Will definitely stay there again! - Adam D.

This hotel is very nice and updated. The suite we had worked great for our family. The hotel was clean except the shower could have used some more attention. Staff was friendly but communication was not perfect. Overall a good stay.
