We had our family trip with our two kids. It was an amazing staying place. Super clean every where. Beds sheets pillows carpet washroom were very clean. We give 5 star to this hotel.

Our family of 7 had a lovely stay while visiting the Blue Mountain area. Everything was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the breakfast buffet before checking out. It is a shame we couldn’t have spent more time here.

This is my first choice for hotels when I go to Collingwood. It's a bright and clean hotel with the friendliest of staff! For our family of four, our first choice is always their spacious suites which have a great amount of space for post-skiing activities! The hotel is not that close to restaurants but it is close enough (approximately 8-10 minutes). However the Tim's across the street is always great for hot chocolate. We will continue to stay at this hotel as it is perfect for our families needs

The hotel was great overall. Lots of parking. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the hallways to the elevators and the room. Staff were all wonderful. We didn’t take advantage of the pool or hot tub but they appeared to be in good shape. The pool was rather small but not a deal breaker when booking. Breakfast was good nice to have hot and cold options. OJ was fantastic. Wifi was good. Bed was comfy. Only complaint I had was the kids running around in the hallway but they quieted down by the quiet time set by the hotel. Would recommend to stay here.

We came from Ottawa for the fall foliage, and our family had a wonderful time here. There were many restaurants and amenities near the hotel, and the proximity to Blue Mountain Resort was excellent. The breakfast options were diverse, and the room was very clean. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

It is great location this hotel. We loved it the staff from front desk to the housekeeper were amazingly kind and great. However the owner has issues he is building another hotel on the same land and he wanted to save money by reducing the pressure of the water. Like when you go to beach with kids it would take forever to wash off the sands from them when I ask them they said it is for environmental thing and they had to do it. I did not say anything however I was laughing so hard. Cause they have no recycling program in their five story hotel. Plastics and cardboard and organically and garbage go to the same bin. I have been in other hotels in Collingwood and they all have recycling programs. They save the plant but lowering the pressure of the water but their plastics go to land fields.
