We stayed on this hotel for a night, my child and I, and our hotel experience was nothing but excellent! Excellent hospitality, amenities are great and close to everywhere we want to go in the blue mountain village!

I had an AMAAAAZINGG time at the Westin with my family! From the moment I checked in, I was treated with all the hospitality you could ask for. The hotel was well situated about a 4 min walk from Blue Mountain village which made going back and forth very convenient. The onsite outdoor pools were amazing to relax after a long day of skiing. I wish they were open later than 11PM though! The rooms were comfortable but the walls were not soundproof, so we could hear the conversations of our neighbors. The hotel had laundry services, onsite gym, a sauna, and onsite dining. Self parking (under the hotel) was $20 and $30 for valet. Cheaper than I expected which was a nice surprise! Overall, the best choice for a large family ski trip (we had 6 people in our suite)

My family and i were in the hot tub and we saw other hotel guests smoking weed in the hot tub despite posted signs prohibiting such conduct. I know smoking weed has been legalize and i don't object to how people wish to entertain or detress themselves but honestly there is a place for such personal social activities. I believe to each its own but do not bring your choice of social activites in a public speace for others who may ne allergic or where it is prohibited. I beleive such violation should be fined automatically. I was a bit disappointed

Clean, quiet and overall great experience for my family. Definitely going to be staying here again as this has been the best accommodation during our many trip to Blue Mountain

We were 3 families and went to this hotel with our children and their grandparents, but the lifeguard whose name was Rubbi ruined our entire trip, it's ridiculous, but the reason for the argument was that a two-year-old baby was eating cake beside the pool. She started arguing in front of the children with an angry face and a harsh voice, and when we asked her to stop it, she went and called security. We were with 8 children and two elderly people and it was a very bad memory for them. And the most disappointing part was that no one apologized for this behaviour even the supervisor of the hotel and pool area. Such behaviour is really weird in a luxury hotel. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who have children!

1 bedroom suite was perfect. Balcony on 4th floor was nice. Very quiet on the mountain side. Pool had too many kids and hot tub as well even though there is a 16 year old limit. Great hotel.

It was a nice getaway with family. Rooms were clean and hotel is amazing. The hotel’s restaurant is beyond amazing. There are many walkable activities/ restaurants/ shops and more near the hotel which is very convenient.
