Two pools, one for adults and one for families and two hot tubs. All were very clean. Would have been nice to have a small restaurant on site even if if we’re nothing more than burgers etc. However it was nice having a number of gas barbecues available on the property. Also enjoyed using the gym each morning.

Customer service at the front desk was disappointing. Given the price point of almost 400 a night, some accommodation or understanding that a family with young kids needed slightly more time (less than 30mins) before checkout at 10am is reasonable. Given the number of rooms that needed cleaning the resulting extra 15mins definitely would not have impacted their operations. I guess in this instance it would have been easier to ask forgiveness than permission.

Great location, so close without the noise of the village. Enjoyed seperate adult and family pools. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was lovely. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience for the day we had planned at Blue. We purchased Play All Day tickets. There were weather delays that made absolutely no sense. The Customer Service and staff were terrible, to the point to standing behind my 4 children, laughing and commenting "Thats another 30 minutes!" every time there was a VERY distance rumble of thunder, from a cloud moving AWAY from us. The kids were crying. It was my daughters birthday. Ll she could say was "I would just rather go home. This place is the worst." My husband and I fully agreed. The only bright spot was the place/room we stayed at. Service and stay was lovely.

I really wanted to like this place. It’s in the perfect location, walking distance to the village. It’s a beautiful property and seemed to have many extras. Unfortunately the arcade is gone but still listed with pictures on ads (kids were super bummed), the AC didn’t work, bathrooms weren’t cleaned thoroughly and many things in the room were either broken or not in working order. It looks high end and the price matches that but it felt rundown and dirty. Not sure if we would go back. It has so much potential.

Kitchenette and balcony were lovely. Would be nice to have milk or cream for coffee in room (especially since there is a full 10-cup coffee maker!). Stayed mid-week so updates ongoing and also getting ready for summer season. Gym has what you need and lots of pool / sandbox options for kids. Easy walk into the village (but no sidewalks unfortunately). Would stay again!

This property is amazing! We’ve been a few times and will definitely be back! It’s close enough to blue mountain that we can walk to the village quickly for dinner and to the shops and the amenities are amazing! Perfect for a couple, a family or a big group!

I called the night b4 for late checkout and the front staff said it wasnt a problem and to call back in the morning. When I did the lady said it WASN'T possible and asked if I was a timeshare member. I was so overwhelmed having to pack up the kids quickly as we were to be out asap. I had no sleep because of my teething baby who cried all night long the night before and I thought I would have more time to pack up but I obviously didnt. I had a pleasant time up until that moment.

Wow. Best hotel/resort we’ve stayed in. The amenities were spectacular! Boathouse to play in for the kids, pool x2. Outdoor hot tubs x2. Theatre room and even more! Clean and well maintained. The pictures truly don’t do it justice! It’s so lovely. Lovely room, loved the fireplace and view of the mountains. The coffee was also from a local business (nice touch!). Booking this again for a girls weekend. 10/10

We were a family and we loved it!! We are definitely going again. The hotel has everytuing you need in the room. The best! Perfect view and the perfect atmosphere.
