The person at checkin was very friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable; had a great view of the park. It was also quiet which I appreciated; with quiet times posted in the elevator. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking is $15 but a fair price in my opinion for the area and the time frame. The walk along the water is beautiful, and literally steps from the hotel entrance. I travelled solo but it’s definitely good for couples and families. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights with 2 kids. Hotel staff made us as comfortable as possible. The pool qnd rooms were clean with a perfectly working microwave ans fridge. There is so much to do around the area and its a beauty to walk around. The only thing I would suggest is that DO NOT eat at port house which is the restaurant at the hotel (worst food ever). Other than the restaurants facility is beautiful. Also the staff at the front desk ( a younger guy) was extremely helpful and flexible!

Kristy and Laura at front desk are absolutely amazing! We come back every year for our wedding anniversary and look forward to it every year. Now that we have our baby, love that we can enjoy the swimming pool with him as well!

We have stayed at waterfront hotel in burlington several times and it has always been a welcoming atmosphere very clean and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast is always delicious we will continue to stay there. A special shout out to Laura who always treats us like a family member Thank you so much♥️

The property was clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Great views of the waterfront. Breakfast was more than I expected and the kids loved the pool. Restaurant downstairs looked great but didn’t have time to visit. The only surprise was parking at a cost of $15/night or by meter. This will definitely be my go to hotel if I am in the area.

Stayed at this property to view the eclipse from the lakefront pier and park right at the back of the property. Could not have been more convenient and senic. Stayed two nights with grandkids visiting in the afternoon. The swam in the indoor pool and worked out in the gym. Could not have been a better venue for family. Area is highly walkable with great restaurants and shops around.

Great area, staff were outstanding to deal with. Only challenge would be if you have young children and there is a wedding or event. Some guests can be loud till very late.

We always stay here when visiting family in Burlington. Great location and clean rooms. Breakfast was also good. Music being played in the lobby when we arrived was a bit loud and not very professional
