Great stay! They were very a accommodating and the kids had a great time at the pool. People at the front were very helpful and let us use their library so families can eat together and watch the hockey game. We are there for a dance competition. Would definitely stay there again! My daughters said it’s the best hotel they stayed at!

It was a nice stay, I enjoyed the quietness since I could work on my thesis between social functions. One of the highlights were Maggie the receptionist very professional, courteous while making guests feel like "family", Adelina the housekeeper is also a great person, unfortunately there are no ATM in the hotel and I could not leave the tip she greatly deserved. Maybe next time... I was also given a complimentary starbucks coffee by Jack, also an asset for the hotel. Overall this was an excellent stay! The staff was wonderful and helped me with printing my school documents when needed. Definitly recommend this hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtyard at Marriott! We have stayed at many hotels in Burlington, visiting family, and this hotel far exceeds in every way. The main area is clean and welcoming with a dining room, bar and lounge. Our room was spotless, quiet, and included all the conveniences. Outdoor parking is well lit and location is right next to the QEW, which is very convenient. We did not eat in the dining room so cannot comment. We will definitely stay here next time.

Courtyard Hotel in Burlington was amazing. I have small children so I always looking for comfortable space. Our room was very clean, we had great view, at night, my kids enjoyed watching the stars. We couldn’t asked for more. We would definitely come back!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Property was good. Difficult access. My own experience was good (prepaid, online checkin).however, family members who had booked lost their room and had to rely on another hotel chain. Met with indifference and zero help even though they had reserved at the same time. Not cool. Not reliable. Will not be booking with this chain again until they show that they honor their bookings and take care of their customers. Pretty stupid to pull that type of stunt in travel industry professionals. Duh.

5 ⭐️ rating The unique service provided by the hotel staff was unremarkable I can’t appreciate enough the high caliber of care and dedication provided by Mr El-Zein, Firas who went extra miles to make the stay of my family -hard to meet their expectations-worth remembering for years to come Two thumbs up for Mr. El Zein, Firas is an underestimate , no doubt This place will be my destination when we visit again in the near future

Rooms are clean and modern. We were kept awake by a large party of children past 11pm, despite contacting the front desk asking them to intervene.
