I stayed with my family. I enjoyed the suite set up for the most part. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink. That was different but not a bad thing. The tv remote didn’t work that well. The breakfast options were far better one morning better than the other. 4.5/5. Would definitely return.

Holy moly….this place has completely gone down hill since 2005! The property is not maintained outside and the rooms are sub par. Like most things are worn and theres no utensils in the drawers. The fridge has an ice maker and the in room hot tub was cleaned well and worked…only positive thing i have to say. THE POOL WAS HORRIFIC…the bottom of the pool was partially cleaned and the rest you could see algae. It was not heated and we were super disappointed because my toddler really wanted to go swimming. I KNEW i should have booked the Hilton in Oakville, SERIOUSLY GO TO OAKVILLE HOMEWOOD SUITES….as soon as immigrants take over anything it goes to complete SHYT! #Straightfacts

Overall good property for my family. Rooms were very spacious, 4 had a 2 bedroom suite. Some little things need updating, such caulking along window sills, and window curtains / need to be replaced due to holes that let the light in. I shared this feedback with the front desk who offered me a new room. I declined but wanted to let them know so they can prepare the room better for the next guest. Overall, would stay again.

Breakfast was awesome! Our room was nice and clean The room where we stayed ( Rm 201) was disappointing. The room are not sound-proof. We can hear kids playing basketball, noises in the hall wall, people waiting for the elevator, people washing their faces, flushing toilet, showers : bathing or using the faucet . Not a very good experience ( no sleep each night) Need room to be sound proof
