Patched unpainted walls and ceilings, cracked floor tiles in bathroom. Got into assigned room started to unpack when one of the kids needed to use the bathroom. She opened the toilet lid only to find it disgusting and I cleaned with feces all round.

Stayed at this property for three nights four days during a hockey tournament and the staff were always super friendly and helpful. Anytime I was in the hallway I was greeted by a friendly staff member. The pool was warm and inviting, and the breakfast every morning was unreal. So many amazing options for every diet. This location is perfect for families as you are surrounded by many things to do. Conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping centres. I would definitely stay here again if I was in this area.

We had a fantastic stay at the holiday inn. The room was very clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool was a little small but great for the kids. We will definitely be coming back.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Our family visited as a way to get out of town and have some fun, but upon arrival found out the pool was closed….. wished we were told this before we booked as this was one of the primary reasons we booked this hotel. Very disappointed. The room itself was clean and we were happy with it. However, after the first night we realized the air conditioner or thermostat was broken. By the time we realized this it was too late to switch rooms. The continental breakfast was good. Lots of food to choose from.

I've stayed at HIE across north america and expect the rooms to be fair at best with the romms at times looking tired. The room we had at this HIE appeared to to newly renovated, very clean an dthe bed was aprecciatively comfortable. At checkin there were not many rooms left and the hotel was amock with hockey families. The hotel clerk was concious to place us on a 'quiter' floor. Exceede my expectations in a good way!

Close to Hwy 400 Exit and just beside shopping center and restaurants Nice double queen beds and spacious room for a family with kids. There was sort of party noise from the upper floor at night but was ok to sleep.

The hotel is under renovations and this was not stated anywhere on the Expidia or the hotel website. My child was very excited to go a swimming in the pool with her father. This was our summer family vacation and instead of fun that was promised we were instead met with huge disappointment and tears. The staff was accommodating when I asked for a free movie rental as our time in the pool was spent in our room. Had I been able to cancel the hotel upon our arrival and book somewhere else I would have. There was no discount on our room after I complained about the pool and lights. Our room was beside the very bright lights from the Ford dealership next door and trying to keep the extremely bright light out of room at night was difficult. Wouldn't stay there again.
