Traveling with my wife, so and his 2 kids aged 10 and 6. Only room available was a suite. They set us up a cot so we had beds for all. Jacuzzis tub I middle of room suggested we had the honeymoon suite🤔 but it worked. Staff were very friendly. Weather was spectacular. Location was convenient to all the sites.

We rented the Junior Suite since wanted the extra sleeping and more space. Room window looked out at the indoor swimming so no view. Sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable but we fixed it well enough to use. Room had a weird layout. Most Junior Suites we usually stay in have a sitting area and a more private bedroom area. This room had a massive whirlpool tub in a room the size of a small bedroom but open to the rest of the room. Probably okay for honeymoon suite. Weird layout. The rest of the furniture King sized bed and loveseat/sofabed felt squeezed into the rest of the room. Not your typical suite but the building appears old. That said the staff were absolutely wonderful. The location was excellent and right on the harbourfront but we could see the view until we left our room. Room was way overpriced for the room offered. Not a Junior Suite. Large room with bathroom and another area for a large tub. Weird. After paying for what was supposed to be a suite. Parking was an additional $15. Probably would not have stayed there except it was a family get together. Nicer and less expensive hotel nearby. Service and cleanliness was excellent. Staff were excellent.

We had a room right by the pool which was great, however, it made for a very loud night when there was a big party of kids screaming and splashing about past 9p before security kicked them all out (adults only from 9-10p). The TV also made a very weird noise when it was turned on, but thankfully it stopped once you switched it to internet tv. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff friendly, and we had a comfortable stay.

I was very disappointed in the pool. There are rooms that open up to the 4 foot deep cold pool. When we went there was a family with their kids lounging outside their room in the pool area with their room door open. It felt like we were interrupting their evening. No fault of the guest. Poor setup for a hotel.

This was a nice clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room overlooking the pool so some noise from kids in the pool but not too intrusive. Otherwise very quiet. Nice location with the harbor front boardwalk right outside the door. Nice to have adults only time in the pool. Tried the restaurant for lunch and it was quite good. Good selection of foods which was very helpful for me with many food restrictions. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.

Great stay for our small family! Rooms were spacious and clean and we got to enjoy the pool to ourselves two days in a row. Very close to all amenities and restaurants

We stay here every year. Love the property and location even more; however, prices are beginning to get a bit out of reach. It’s a lovely property but not a $500-600 a night property. Pool is beautiful but longer hours for kids would be great. That last hour of the day for adults is understandable but when we are out exploring the waterfront we barely had time to get home and for a swim before having to leave with the kids. Maybe have adult swim even from 930-1030?

We showed up a little early and our room was ready for us, after flight reshuffling while travelling with two kids the hassle free early check-in was so very much appreciated in that moment.

We were in town for the Atlantic Rugby Championship. We were a family of three plus our dog. The hotel is beautiful! Loved being right on the boardwalk and walking to everything. The staff were friendly and very accommodating for requests of extra blankets, coffee and cream. We ate supper twice outside at the restaurant. Food was delicious and great price. Staff were very accommodating of our dog and even brought her a water bowl. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
