My husband has a bad knee and so the location was tough with the steep hills. Also was in the entertainment area it seemed. Very loud at night with motorcycles and cars cranking their stereos. Would be a tough fit for family with small children and anyone with mobility issues. The staff was top notch at hotel and the hotel itself was great including breakfast.

High volume of noise till 930 due to the beer garden. Not ideal for light sleeping children. Location is great. Parking available at a cost. Room prices high but include a kitchen.

The suit was one of the best designed suites that we have ever stayed. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious and very clean and also designed pretty well. It had all the things that we needed as a family. The only issue was the outside noise since the hotel is located in a busy downtown neighborhood.

It was the perfect location for our family to enjoy the shopping and strolling of downtown Halifax. So close to everything. And the two bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our family of four.

Stayed with family for three nights and the location was convenient for exploring downtown. Ask for a room away from the street as the night life can be heard in to the early hours. On site parking was nice to come and go exploring sites outside of the city. You might have trouble parking a large/tall vehicle.
