Really quiet spot which was nice and loved the family suite

I stayed 3 nights with my family and 2 dogs, Nice hotel close to Hwy, pet friendly, clean, big rooms. Good breakfast.

They accommodated an early check in which my daughter and I appreciated. Rooms were clean. It would be good for the water in the pool to be a bit warmer. My kids spent more time under the shower to warm up than in the pool. That's the only improvement needed to an otherwise wonderful experience.

I came up with my family for a funeral booked a room called asked if there was anyway I could get an early check in he said sure left a note on file.. arrived at the hotel for 1pm room wasn’t ready they said they would call as soon as the room was ready so we could change before the funeral.. they never contacted us.. I called close to the time we had to leave she stated the room wasn’t ready and pretty much hung up on me.. we had to change somewhere else and checked in after the funeral

The room was very clean. I stood at the counter to check in and the staff was in the back, seemed to be ignoring me. We chose to stay here because there was an EV charging station but it was broken and staff didn't know anything about it and couldn't offer any assistance on who we should call because it was third party. They shouldn't offer this type of service if they don't bother to know anything about it. The price was high for what it is but still attracted an obnoxious crowd. People came and went all night, yelling in the hallway. Then in the morning it was screaming children. So there was constant noise all night and early morning. Not the same people, just constantly loud people coming and going. The noise was not the hotels fault, but I would never stay here again. The breakfast was mediocre.

Love the family rooms at the quality inn, our main reason for chooseing them so our 9 month old can have an area to himself to go to bed early while we stay up and enjoy our stay.

We always stay here when visiting family. Convenient, clean, reasonable price and friendly staff.

We specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool for the kids after a long day of travelling. We arrived only to find out the pool was closed, the tv didn’t work and the bar fridge east plugged in so our beveridges stayed warm. The room also had a periodic overwhelming sewage smell. The people in the room next door could smell it too. Horrible waste of money.

Our family stayed for one night and it also happened to be our 7 year old's birthday. I left a note on our reservation mentioning it thinking they might have a balloon or a small surprise for occasions like that. We arrived in our room to find a big bouquet of balloons, treats for both kids, decorations and a card! Our kids were so excited and it was such a sweet touch that meant a lot. The rest of the hotel was great too - clean, comfortable rooms, a great pool downstairs and I even spotted some deer out the window while we were swimming. The included breakfast was great with lots of variety. I definitely recommend this spot!
