A great hotel right beside Regent Mall that’s great for families. My kids really enjoyed the pool as it only goes up to 5 feet deep and it wasn’t overly busy or crowded. The room was clean and had been recently renovated. I would recommend it to anyone for a budget friendly stay in a classic.

Staff was pleasant, facility was not new, but very well kept , kids loved the pool, and hot tub was very good. Overall, pleasant and drama free, great job Freddy Inn !

Nabors partyed all night. Kids running the halls late at night. We went to the pool. 20 Kids arrived and. Jump in . We had to leave. Young kids under 5 in hottub .running no rules .

It was outdated and the carpets smelled, our bathroom shower head was loose, i was going for an operation and because we are not from fredericton we didnt know about the discount rate and had lots of trouble with the guys at the front desk. My husband ans son had trouble sleeping at night because there where lots of noise coming from outside, kids runing and screaming outside... all in all Im not going there again...

Overall, this was an okay stay for our family. First, I must say the staff are so lovely, particularly those in the dining area for breakfast. Such a lovely vibe to set for guests! The place was also undergoing renovations, and even the construction crew was friendly! This place has an old charming flare that dates back to the 70s. It has darker tones and warmer embellishments, and gold plated finishing touches, and even hand painted signs. For the price, I needed to adjust expectations of the lodgings as our room did not feel updated. We did find the room was clean and the amenities were handy. However, the carpet was quite old (still clean) and the bathroom needed an update.

Lots of room and potentially it can someday be a great place to go. The hotel is worn down with carpet stains and moldy showers I wouldn't recommend it to families with younger children

Was very quiet the first night. The second evening therr were a bunch of children playing hockey in the hallway hitting others doors and it was very loud

Booking through Expedia was cheaper than booking directly with the hotel, and all was smooth. The staff seemed to go the extra length to ensure we were happy and well informed about the property. Our key card stopped working (twice), but they ran a new key care up to our room so we didn’t have to go back down again. We appreciated that. They also gave us breakfast vouchers when they found out we were parents staying with our team (the team got breakfast vouchers). The room was clean and beds were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated, but very clean and everything worked, so it was no issue. The pool and hot tub area were a bonus that the kids enjoyed. I would stay here again.

Staff was amazing and helpful. The bathroom was really old it needs renovating. The drains were almost stumped and the bathtub and toilet seat were flaking and peeling. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub!
