I would stay at this or it’s 2 sister hotels in a heartbeat. The desk and breakfast staff made us feel like family. They could not do enough to please us and gave lots of local suggestions

The rooms are very spacious. Bed are comfortable. Location is ideal and central to city. The breakfast is excellent. Staff working the breakfast are amazing. They alone make this hotel a 5 star. Recommend the hotel just because of the staff at the breakfast. Unfortunately there are some draw backs in regards to this hotel. The front staff are found to be smoking outside the front door on many occasions. The smoke is drawn into the hotel each time the doors open. Not a good first impression. Also, on our visit we were overwhelmed with other customers smoking Marijuana on our 5th floor. Hallways smelled terrible. Smell was coming into our room. It was daily and very often. So much that i cant imagine the cleaning staff not notice. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

Hotel is in a good condition. Staff are helpful unless you forget you tooth brush and toothpaste. If you need these you are paying top dollar . Breakfast was good, coffee hot and great. Fresh fruit was a nice touch. Staff are helpful for weekly stays, weekend rates go up and don’t except CAA or Gov’t rate . They do have a hospital rate which was great as I had family in the hospital during my visit

We found this hotel absolutely gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They had a pack and play for our infant to sleep in.

The property was nice and rooms spacious but the hot breakfast to order was very limited and they had no milk for kids or cereal.

We stayed in room 418 which was right at the end of the hall so it was quiet. Room was very large as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Only downside for me was the pillows, way too soft for me. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to family or friends.

We were pleased with this hotel stay. The rooms were very quiet - there was some kid running up and down the halls, and the room was quiet; there was road construction, and the room was quiet. The breakfast was better than average, the rooms were bigger than average and very clean, the air conditioning was effective, the staff were extremely friendly, and the location, while not within walking distance of anything interesting, was close enough. My only complaints are really *really* minor: the sink drain was slow, the pillows were poufy, the mini-fridge had no freezer section for my cold packs. We would absolutely stay here again.
