The new Nordic Spa was a great way to start my morning and the room service is amazing especially the kids menu

Hotel was really nice, excellent location. Staff were friendly but hotel wasn’t very kid friendly. I’d suggest Fairmont Waterfront or Westin for families with young kids

Check-in was 1 hr 45 mins late, which is particularly frustrating when we only had one night to really take advantage of our babymoon and nothing was offered in exchange except for an apology and "nothing we can do". As well, there is no in-room entertainment except for regular cable TV and movie rentals at $25.00 each. We were a pool view and it was extremely loud. Spa experience was amazing

The hotel lobby is modern, loud. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large and clean with a nice shower and deep bathtub. However for the price the amenities were terrible. They already charged a daily fee and they want to charge you more for use of basic Internet. The pool is really a sad waste—small, no room, and filled with children under 8. Sorry, not a relaxing high end getaway. Smelled of urine. Area of town was loud, spa was not great. For the price? Should be better.

This hotel is definitely amazing. The staff is very nice and make you feel welcomed. We came here for Mother’s Day and all the little requests for my children were fulfilled. We will be back in near future..

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Hotel is spotless. Service attentive. Great ambiance. Outdoor pool was heated so my kids could swim in January. Would definitely recommend.
