Spacing sizes were impressive, and the hotel staff was kind. However, the breakfast selection was repetitive and of average quality. They failed to provide room cleaning and trash collection during public holiday. Unfortunately, my children fell ill after swimming in the unclean pool.

Nice clean and updated rooms. Good breakfast included. Cleaned pool in am and my kids couldnt use it and they were sad. Should clean when closed hours

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent, although hot options were repeated every day we were there. Suggestion: A small play structure on the property would be great for families as this hotel is a little far from everything. Even if it’s gated and locked during the same hours as the basketball court.

The property was nice an comfy The staff was very nice The only concern is how well the pool was kept clean, there were a lot of kids in the pool all week we were there and the pool water looked cloudy. So we avoided it. The breakfast staff did a wonderful job in keeping up with the demand they had. I stay there again

We had a great stay, our suite was very clean and very roomy. The complimentary breakfast was great, lots of food and options. A lot of amenities next door including a movie theatre and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and the hours of operation were great to accommodate later hours after a full day of sightseeing the area. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The check in was great. I got early check in and the front desk was really nice. Once we got to the room, it was beautiful high ceiling and fell spacious. We left and came back, the kid just open the door without the key. We got spook up. We tested several times. So there are several issues with the door. When you closed, the door won’t lock right away but it waits for few seconds before it can lock. However we left the room for a long time, came back and we can still open the door without the key. That wasn’t great feeling to have. In the morning we got great breakfast and service was awesome. However, the check out time was 11 but we got knock in the door multiple times before 11. Feel like the system is messing up. In general great stay. The people are nice, the service is good but the system from key to scheduling need upgrade

Hotel good overall, buffet breakfast superb, pool lovely, free airport shuttle appreciated, one time we were dropped off at Bridgeport for the SkyTrain as it saved paying the extra charge from the airport which we did twice on our way downtown, would be better if that could be done more often as it's on the way. Also pretty noisy at breakfast with kids running around over the weekend for a sports event, I had to tell them to be quiet.

Pros: clean, modern room. Beds were comfortable. Pool was good for the kids. The maintenance man was super friendly and nice. Cons: check in took a while as they had someone training. My room keys didn't work had to go back to the desk and wait in line to get new ones. Then they worked for a bit but stopped working and I got locked out of the building (back door) until a staff member let me in. Our toilet was plugged upon our arrival and we needed maintenance to come fix it. Pool was cloudy, needed maintenance.

We usually love the holiday inn. This time not so much. Hot tub was cold, pool was murky. I don’t think it had been cleaned in awhile. Also it was very loud. Kids running up and down the halls. Screaming crying baby. I think during the week if you have availability you should place couples and families in different areas. I can understand if the hotel was full then you can’t but this hotel was not full.
