Hotel room was nice, it needed more lamp or lights in the room. Bedroom was dark with only 1 lamp, and no wall mirror. We stayed in a suite, had family slept in the living area. We did not want to interrupt them by going in/out bathroom to use the mirror. Overall, hotel is located in a good location.

We had a suite for our family of 5. Had to move from the 18th floor - lift machines and roof air conditioning were noisy. In fairness, they moved us and understood the problem. I would stay again, just avoiding the 18th floor.

First 2 bottles of water are free only the first day when you check in. After that it’s 3 dollars per bottle. If you travel with family, better grab a case from grocery store to save some money. 😀

We booked on Expedia for 2 adults and 3 children. We were given a room that only slept 4, i had to sleep on the floor. I could not park my truck in upper parking. Was forced to park in back lot. I paid in the parking machine as stated then was also charged a $21 parking bill on leaving. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

I asked for a crib when I booked the hotel with an agent of Expedia. And I also asked for the crib when I just checked in from the hotel. I asked three times in total. After waiting until 9:00PM, I still didn't get it. The last time I asked, I was told they didn't have any available. I mentioned several times that I had asked before. It was a tough night for our family.

The blackout blinds don't cover the entire wall, allowing quite a bit of light in. The room was a great size and the decor was beautiful. Perfect sized for us and our 2 children. The balcony wasn't cleaned, there was a cigarette pack and quite a few cigarette butts there. Other than that it was a great stay, the airport shuttle was right on time and checking in and out was smooth and quick.

It has a shuttle to the airport which was excellent however my grandchildren wanted to swim in the pool which was not accessible in this hotel.
