My husband and I stayed here after a cruise before heading home because it was close to the airport and looked nice. It was nice. All the furnishings in the room were updated, in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also updated and large. Shower was great and had everything we needed. We took a complementary shuttle to the airport at 4:00 am. The shuttle was nice and the driver was great. The shuttle ran every hour and it was right on time which is important when you have a flight to catch. There was a restaurant inside the hotel which was fantastic. The area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy but it is near the airport so we expected that. I would stay there again and recommend it for couples or families needing an overnight stay close to the airport but not as a destination hotel. There are hundreds of other nice hotels in fabulous areas with lots to do.

The standard of this Radisson hotel is so low. Rooms dirty, charge you for parking, they say water is complimentary but the housekeeping is so rude to provide more than 2 small water bottles for a family of 3.

We chose it for the airport shuttle, it departs on the hour. Right next to Aberdeen, an amazing mall full of Asian shops including an HMart for groceries, and the food court has an incredible selection of every Asian food - on top of this there are more restaurants too like an excellent Korean BBQ and Taiwanese noodles. Next to the mall is Aberdeen Square yet another mall but more smaller services and shops with another small food court on top floor.
The Skytrain is in front of Aberdeen Square right across the road from the Radisson which made it very convenient to go right downtown.
The pool area was cozy and had an hot tub, it was nestled below a fitness studio that had free sight dumbells, cable machines, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and leg curls.
Staff was very nice and quick.
Note that parking is on the 5th floor in an adjoining structure and has a weird walkway high above an atrium - best to drop family off in the lobby when you park then go get them.

The stay here was terrible! Property offers free shuttle for pick up. Called for pick up, someone from Radisson drove by never stopped, called again to tell them, they said 20 min, waited an extra 40, no one came, called again, told me to take an Uber and would reimburse. Yes they reimbursed me. Once there I notified them that the family member staying with me was coming at night and verified that there would be the service. They arrived at 11:00pm. She called and was told a shuttle would come and would be 20min. Waited over an hour, called again and was told bus was “stuck”, so she took an Uber. Didn’t make it to the hotel until almost 1am. We waited until next day to talk to a manager, said he didn’t approve the Uber so we would have to talk to the night manager. Also stated he gave us breakfast vouchers for 1 day. What does breakfast vouchers do for your terrible service? That worked the day before. Argued to get partial reimbursement. Also no one knew about the “stuck shuttle”. Night shift manager said they were there the night before. So just lies after lies. Also I noticed other guest have a problem checking in because they missed an email that said their room was paid for. And I also saw a staff member park their car in the customer only 15 min parking for checkin. Overall horrible. Take this for what it is.

Found the room a bit expensive for what you get. Almost $500 for 1 night, 2 queen beds,l and a smaller room. Maybe the proximity to the airport is the reason for the higher price.
Nice lobby, friendly staff. No pool, to the dissapointment of my kids. Not much else to note.

We stayed here with two young children on an overnight layover. We picked it for the free airport shuttle. The shuttle driver recommended a certain time to leave in the morning and we confirmed this with the front desk. In the morning we realized this wouldn’t be enough time before our flight. The shuttle driver and front desk refused to take us earlier (any time before 7am) and recommended we call 2 cabs for ourselves and our luggage. No one told us that the shuttle didn’t run before 7am , and we wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known.

Way too expensive, we heard the elevators mechanics going on and off all night. The sofa bed was just a joke, it was dirty and i would not call the mattress a mattress, my kids ended up sleeping in the bed with my wife and me…definitely not worth the $400/night we payed..

Really friendly staff, comfortable duvets and pillows. The train ran right outside our window which was very loud when it was rubbing. If staying with a baby (like we were) I would definitely request to stay on the other side of the hotel to the train tracks, because of the noise. Aside from that though, good stay and I would recommend it for a stopover

Overall, a very comfortable stay for my entire family. Very impressed with the service from the housekeeping staff who made sure that we had fresh towels even though we did not request the room to be cleaned daily.
