Everything was good except for attitude of staff members and our room was super warm over 25 degrees when we checked in , which we did notify staff members within 2 hours and we were told that the inly thing we can do is to check out and get reimbursed but since it was weekend it was harder to fi d abother rentam right away. We did askf or fan and were told that is not available. Our room was the only one that was uncomfortable . We did ask for fan and were told nothing was available. Only thr next day , staff member came in and checked air conditioning and said bothing can be done due to temperature outside veing so hot . Then we were told we refused help from them , instead of saying i am so sorry this is happening in our hotel , they obky blamed and got defensive. We did get to move to another room due to check out of abother gest at the time.next day which we gladly accepted. So if you have child with you , or someone sensitive to heat and have health issues , stay elsewhere. But if you are just there for fun late nights and are young and can handle any heat , welcome. We did appreciate 2nd day reverse and help

A great stay. Excellent value for money and we had a fantastic room on the top floor overlooking the city. Staff super-helpful and continental breakfast was exceptional. Best thing about this hotel is its perfect location right on the Main Street by a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants. The bus station was right behind the hotel making it easy to get around. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come to visit family in Kelown

Great location. Lots of nearby great restaurants. Walking is easy, right near the city park boardwalk. Not for kids or families. It’s a busy street with active nightlife. This is an adult spot. My wife and I took a quick weekend getaway without the kids and it was fantastic!

What a fantastic hotel. We booked the executive suite for 3 night family vacation. The room was huge. Lots of room for everyone. The check in was quick, as was the check out. The view of rhe lake was awesome. The hotel is literally steps away from the waterfront area and all the shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. I can't believe what an amazing value this place was. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is inside Kelowna downtown, the Cultural District. It is within 15 minutes of walking distance to Hot Sands Beach and Kelowna City Park.
It has an underground parking garage, but space is limited.
The hotel is clean, but it has a bit of the old hotel smell when you first walk into the room, but my family quickly got used to it. The building was rebuilt in 1975, so this is not surprising.
I visited Kelowna during the busy season. I was glad that I stayed at this hotel because it saved me time from driving and looking for parking, and allowed my family to enjoy the vibrant downtown vibe longer.

It was within walking distance to the Prospera Place. Good variety of options for dining out. Staff helpful and friendly. They could use more parking for bigger trucks with a canopy. Other wise I would recomend this place to my family and friends.

Here to visit family for a few days. $570 for only 2 nights. Close to beach but also close to the main bus loop & with this bus loop comes a number of homeless people..which doesn’t mean that they are all nice people. Phoned front desk 2x for help with room issues & was told by the clerk that she was the only person on duty & couldn’t send someone or come herself to help (when I told manager this @checkout she said not true). Fridge moves when u open it. Lazy boy had very damaged head rest & wouldn’t fold back up after extending foot rest. Receptacle by bed for usb/rplugs was plugged into wall but didn’t work (phone dead next day). No coffee packs in room. Food delivery had to come to main entrance since the doors are locked all night. Discount for nearby restaurant unused as had bad reviews & a peek inside confirmed (a dive). 3 Kleenex in dispenser. Views aren’t good. Secure parking-u need to get in early- only about 20 spots and they are very small. Lots of construction & blocked roads in the vicinity meant having to park at a meter for check-in & was hard to find the main door (wasn’t told all this). Let a manager know my issues @checkout then got a call from a different manager on my drive back home asking about my stay - never called her back -why would I want to repeat my whole list again? And for what? Best parts were proximity to the beach and air conditioning because it was 30C plus all week.
