We were there for a WarBride reunion – so most of us were well over the age of 60. Into Many have mobility issues. The banquet rooms were on the third floor. The pet friendly room was on the first floor. Only one of our guests had a pet yet most of us were placed on the first floor. I have nothing against animals – I am a pet owner myself, but to have the privilege of listening to a dog barking and yapping all night long that was three doors down from our room is not my idea of having a good sleep There was also a teenage hockey team In town for a tournament at the hotel. Many of them were on the third floor. There Hockey bags full of gear were so big that only two at a time could get into the elevators. So when you often had a traffic jam at the elevators with everybody trying to get up to the third floor– the WarBride guests for the banquet rooms and the hockey players for their rooms . Considering the kids used the pool while we were doing our thing at the reunion I think it would’ve made sense to have the kids on the main floor so they wouldn’t have to worry about the elevators and their hockey bags and put the guests with mobility issues up on the third floor, so they just had to walk down the hallway to the banquet rooms. The hallways were exceptionally narrow, and the elevators were really small The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing. The food and the service we got at our banquets were absolutely fabulous so all in all it was a good weekend.

Overall excellent stay. Was a Saturday night so lots of kids using the pool and was noisy, but when the pool closed it got quiet and was fine. Excellent Italian restaurant on the premise.

What a wonderful hotel! The guys at the front desk were so kind- especially Vincent. He even stopped what he was doing to take our family photo for us. The pool area was very relaxing and clean. There were multiple weddings going on in the hotel yet none of it kept us up at night. No loud noise complaints. The only negative thing would be that the air conditioning on the rooms are very noisy. We ate at the Italian restaurant and it was very good. Food and service were excellent

we drove 15 hours from Denver and looked for a hotel with a nice pool for the kids. Booked it online only to find out the pool was closed. It was really disappointing.

The pool was down for unscheduled maintenance - we were told it would be for one day. It was our entire stay - Friday - Sunday - and there were no signs of anyone working on the pool. There was some sort of event that had multiple families staying at the hotel. Which is great however, the children were running through the hallways and stairwells liked they owned the place. The staff had no control over them and their parents were no where to be seen looking after there kids. there were a group of parents sitting in the common area yelling at their kids who were running along the 2nd and 3rd floor balcony hallways. It was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. You could hear the kids running through the hallways from inside our room.

It was very noisy with the pool, kids running through the halls, and lots of neighbour noises. Definitely not soundproof at all. The room and bed were very comfortable, but I should have brought earplugs.

Fantastic customer service Very clean Comfortable Beautiful atmosphere Great location My only one complaint is the pool is freezing cold and we didn’t get to use it much. Unfortunately having kids that would be the reason we find another hotel next time.

A pretty decent hotel that has a comfortable room. We got out of our room late every day, so it was a little difficult to have the room serviced. The atrium is very family friendly. I was a little put off by no free breakfast, but maybe that is just a Canadian thing. Overall, I was happy and would stay there again.

Asked for a quiet room and was not disappointed (back of property overlooking parking lot) - heard a few guests arriving later but otherwise very quiet. Friendly efficient staff. Easy walk one direction to downtown restaurants and bars (lots of really good options but also many homeless which might be an issue for some) and easy access to the ravine trails from the rear of the property. Only negative: beds in my room were not very comfortable - mattresses had lost most of their support (very heavy guests? kids jumping on the bed? or probably just past their prime).
