The pool is the best one for our kids. It has the shallow and deep end along with the water slide. They love it there

Had a great time at the hotel. We brought our pup as well and they were amazing and put us right beside the side door. The pool has this little shallow area for small kids but I will say the slide is probably not meant for kids under 5, my little guy hit his head pretty hard coming down the slide was pretty fast. The place was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. The only thing I wasn’t happy about is we ordered delivery and they wouldn’t let the driver bring it to my room I had to go to the front desk to get it which was kinda annoying

The staff was amazing, so friendly, helpful, and always happy to just say hi to the kids or our puppy. The pool was great for our grandkids ages 2 1/2 and 6. The hotel was very clean and modern. Will go back if in Lethbridge again.

I liked that there was a free breakfast in the morning to start our day off right. My kids absolutely loved the Pancake making machine, and i just loved the variety of foods for breakfast. I also like how friendly everyone was. Will definitely recommend.

The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the pool and are already bugging us to go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The issue we had was with other guests: there were tons of unsupervised children running around in the hallways, elevators, and dining area. They were even trying to get into the pool by themselves. Thankfully the front desk staff would not let them in without a parent. That was not the hotel staff’s fault, but it made for a less than pleasing stay. The people above us were also stomping around their room until late at night. Breakfast was simple (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes), but there wasn’t much food left as one woman packed at least SIX to-go boxes full to the brim with food and jams/peanut butter, etc. with a lineup of people waiting for food behind her.
