Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Lethbridge

Check in was at 4:00. We arrived at the property at 4:50pm and were told our room was not yet cleaned. We had to wait over half an hour in the lobby with young children. Apologies were offered but when asked about compensation, we were told we there was nothing to be done. Disappointing considering our room was over $300.

Property was clean and quiet. Grandkids loved the pool and water slide! Breakfast was good and hot!

We loved our stay, we were greeted with a strong cleaner smell when we entered our room, but after a while it disappeared. Staff was friendly, great price for a good quality room. Pool was a hit for our kids but unfortunately hot tub was not operational on our visit.

Rooms are tight with a family more than one night but very clean and nice hotel.

The staff was pleasant, and the hotel was tidy and the bathroom layout. I didn’t like the industrial surroundings, nor the large Casino close by. It felt questionably unsafe for families. IMO.

We stopped in Lethbridge on our family roadtrip west. The Hampton Inn was a great place to stop. The hotel room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. My kids loved the waterslide and breakfast buffet. There isn't much in the way of family dining nearby so be ready to get back in the car to find food. Many options 5-10 mins away.

Be it the busiest weekend in Lethbridge every year, you'd think you would have enough staff so that my room is ready for the 4pm check in time when i booked it months in advance. Knowing our room was rushed through the cleaning staff its hard for believe it was actually cleaned. The AC looked like it had been kicked multiple times and was falling apart. The fridge was unplugged so our leftovers went bad before we could eat them. The TV leaves alot to be desired with only basic cable with maybe 20-30 channels and only one channel for babies and nothing appropriate for kids to watch. Had i known i would have brought something so the kid could watch netflix. The shower curtain was disgusting and needs to be replaced The slide in the pool is rough on the inside and left some marks on mine and my sons back. All in all spend the extra $20-50 to stay in a newer hotel.

My family enjoys staying at the Hampton inn ,great staff,reasonable price , good breakfast. I just wish the hot tub was hotter .
