Our family had booked suites so we could celebrate the holidays together. We informed the hotel of our plans and let them know we would have 25(ish) people in the rooms ranging from babies - 70 years old. As we gathered together in one room (no music playing. No yelling.) at 345pm on January 18th we were told we were too loud and faced an eviction notice. We asked what we were doing and were told we had noise complaints. The two other rounds surrounding the suite in question were occupied by our family. It was an awful experience. We were told guests were complaining. Half of us had to leave putting a damper on our holidays. If you plan to host people - family, friends, business executives DO NOT book here. You will be threatened and told you are too loud for eating, taking pictures of you baby cousins and laughing at 345pm on a Tuesday.

Excellent stay. Staff was amazing and had face painting for kids going to the Kiss concert. Above and beyond.
