overall great stay, easy to get to places walking distance with a baby/stroller. great indoor pool for baby. rooms a bit dated but still great overall especially for price

Comfortable and clean hotel within easy walking distance of downtown. Lovely pool area with two hot tubs, changing rooms and lots of towels. There is underground , heated parking for smaller vehicles, which came in very useful in the -38 temperatures. All the staff are friendly and helpful The only reason I didn’t give 5 ⭐️ was there was a lot of noise from other guests, either sitting on the floor of the corridor (!) talking or kids running along the corridors. Otherwise, very nice stay

This is our second time booking at this hotel and in bothe experiences it has been great. Great for families wit little kids. They are very accommodating to requests and are very helpful.

Room was lovely, very comfortable bed. We spent 2 hours in the pool area very clean and great having pool to ourselves. Staff very friendly dealt with all enquiries effectively and very polite. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

There were kids screaming all night, blenders going off at 1 am and water leaking in the walls. Normally I am not one to complain but at $500 per night I was not impressed

Very friendly staff and clean hotel rooms! They have hot water and coffee in the lobby during regular hours. Extremely walkable to all the restaurants/stores in Banff. Very decently priced hotel as well. Mostly families were checked in at the hotel, which is nice since your neighbours are typically more quiet.
