We had excellent experience at this hotel. The place is very clean and staff were extremely friendly. There is a nice little liquor store close by too! The kids love the pool.

Spacious room right on Banff Avenue. Very helpful staff. Easy access to transit to get around Banff and to the three major ski hills. Had a crib available for our infant.

We stayed here with our 8-year-old twin sons and they loved it. The pool with its hot tub and sauna is very kid-friendly and we hung out there for hours. The rooms are large, comfortable and very quiet. We were pleasantly surprised to learn we could open the door in our room and step outside onto the roof which had chairs and nice spots to relax. Our favourite Banff hotel.

Wonderful 3 night stay at this boutique hotel for family of 4. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Good beds. Two bathroom sinks, with one separated from the shower and toilet area, was a nice touch of convenience for 4 occupants. Quiet location that is only 10 mins walk to Banff downtown and even closer to several restos. Some front desk staff are nicer and more helpful than others. The best we met was Jack from England. One thing to Improve is the one lane entrance and exit to parking garage which can be dangerous at times, almost got into a head on one time. A better system is needed there. Overall still highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our experience at this property. The staff was helpful, kind, and provided great customer service. From the concierge, to the front desk staff, this hotel has an amazing team of people. Our room was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of three (we stayed in the junior suite). The little extras the hotel did made the stay ideal. Coming in from being outdoors in the cold to complimentary hot cider in the lobby was the perfect touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

walking distance from restaurants and shopping, we had a spacious junior suite. Didnt like the bed way to soft Annoying noice from a motor all night
