Great hotel. The family room was massive reasonably priced and very clean. Breakfast is prohibitively expensive and if you venture towards the north station from the hotel (don't) you'll find yourself in a very sketchy area, but overall I really liked the hotel and would recommend it as a place to stay in Brussels.

Funky hotel, but that’s it. We booked the junior suite and although the room is gigantic, there are only two plugs in the whole room - one near the bed and the other in a wall close to the window. There’s no full size mirror in the room. Bathroom is so dark, it’s difficult to see and put on makeup. Even though the bathroom is also big, there’s no space for your toiletries.

Me and my family stayed at the family room, it was a big room with a lot of space, clean and comfortable. Very satisfied. We arrived very early in the morning, so we were not able to check in before 3pm. We arrived the hotel before 10 am and if we didn't book the family room, maybe we would've been able to check in earlier if there were any rooms available and ready. Unfortunately, they have very few family rooms in general and were not available before the original check-in time, but that was what we already expected anyway. We were able to store our luggage in the meanwhile. Although after travelling all day since 3 am in the morning, we were pretty tired, so we came back to the hotel at 2 pm hoping for possibility to check in an hour earlier but no the room was not ready, so we waited in their quiet lobby. The absolute only thing that i was dissatisfied with was the fact that our room was not ready before after 3 pm, past the check-in time, which sucked considering we were all sleepy and tired from travelling. Another tiny thing was that our electronic card-keylock thingy went on strike as the battery died that same day too, so everytime we needed to get into our room we had to ask the reception to open our door manually for us with their regular key. It was christmas eve, so i get that nobody could fix the problem until the next day. Otherwise, everything was good. The service was good, the breakfast was delicious, the room was fabulous. I would still come back, still 10.

Check in was smooth and quick. Help desk was very friendly and helpful! Underground car park was secure and convenient. The best thing we will remember about this nhow hotel would be the breakfast. They had a good variety of food options to cater for the whole family and mood. The breakfast was simply fabulous :)

This was a lovely hotel to stay in, staff were very friendly and helpful, stayed with family and all rooms were clean and beds comfy, birthday girl even got a goody bag, had breakfast which was lovely and a good choice of food, we enjoyed the waffles and pancakes, would stay again

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed as family for a couple of nights and to room with 2 Kin’s was plenty big enough for us and 2 teenagers and the peg board covering for the TV was a big hit with both teenagers who created different pictures everyone they walked by. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone including those who wanted to start their day with a Mimosa!

We stayed here for 5 nights and got a junior suite. Rooms are very spacious neatly designed. Bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped. The hotel has an eco program where you can bypass your room being made up by housekeeping in exchange for 1 free drink in the hotel bar. This is good if you don’t need your room done up every night and great for the environment. Hotel is across the street from a main Metro station and walkable to many attractions and shopping. Hotel personnel were very responsive and there to ensure our stay was perfect. I would consider staying here again.
