We were traveling through Europe and this was our first stop. The hotel is within walking distance to the major train stations and for a little longer walk, to the downtown Grand Palace area of Belgium. The rooms were tidy, well kept and offered plenty of room - depending on your needs. The breakfast was delicious and is well worth the price in addition to the room cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family and of course anyone else reading this review. For full disclosure, I am a Hilton Honors member but that did not bias me one way or the other in this review. If I was not happy with the accommodation or anything else, you would know. Cheers.

The rooms are not thoughtfully designed. I had a junior suite, but the TV mount did not rotate so I couldn’t watch the TV from bed. Too few outlets. You have to enter the shower to turn it on, making you cold and wet. There is nowhere to put toiletries inside the shower. There is no body wash in the shower.

I can’t thank the entire staff of the hotel enough for their friendliness and professionalism. The first day we checked in and were greeted by Alexandre. He was helpful and kind. The next eight days we left for Rome and then London. Neither of our hotels compared to the service and comfort of Doubletree. We returned to Doubletree in Brussels for an additional four nights. Again, we were greeted warmly by Alexandre and the rest of the staff. They treated us like family, gave us great suggestions around the city and where we could go for a rapid COVID test before returning to the states. Thank you Doubletree Brussels!

The hotel is immaculate, with well decorated and comfortable rooms. Keep your window closed though to keep the traffic noise out! Breakfast was lovely but be quick, it finishes at 9.30 and when I asked for bacon at 9.20am I was told it was too late!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, maybe not so knowledgeable about places to go for tourists but they did research for us. Overall I would stay again either for business or with family for a vacation. It is fairly central and close to shopping and tourist spots as well as public transport. The parking next door isn't well signposted so plan your route well as traffic is heavy and there are lots of one way streets.
