My family agreed that this was our favorite hotel of our entire trip. The design of the lobby was fantastic. The elevators worked very well. The breakfast was great and the staff in the Cafe were wonderful. We appreciated all the front desk help and we totally enjoyed our stay.

It was very central and easy to find at 2 am in the morning. Faulty lock on the door was an issue and it appears there was a reluctance to take it seriously. A child could have been locked in and panicked both child and parents.
