Lovely, clean hotel and just a few minutes walk from the train station. The reception staff are all friendly and professional. We had an issue with the sink, in our bathroom, but it was fixed very quickly. We were travelling as a family of three but our room only had two of everything (towels; glasses; etc) so we had to ask for more of those. I think that seems to be the standard set up, in hotels, these days. I think if a family of three or four have booked in, the set up of the room should reflect the number of people staying. As mentioned though, this was quickly rectified at this hotel. If you are thinking of staying Innsbruck, this hotel is great. It’s close to some great restaurants and the main street. Getting around on the buses and trams are also easy and close by.

Very good location with train station, dinning options and shopping all within walkable distance. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is the best so far among all the hotels I have booked with Expedia for my family’s three weeks stay in Austria. I would highly recommend this hotel, will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here with two kids (12 and 17) July 2023. Out of the four hotels we stayed at on our Europe trip, this was our favorite. Great location, convenient to the train station, very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is great, as is the bar. The restaurant manager (a lovely gentleman from Portugal) was very friendly and it was a pleasure chatting with him. Can't wait to visit again!

All good except for a very slow check-in. 20 minutes before we were attended to. Short of staff when dealing with 2 families checking in ahead of us. It also seems your check-in software systems are cumbersome and take very long for even the simplest enquiry.
