My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Adlers in one of their incredible Presidential Suites. The panoramic view of Innsbruck from the room is absolutely unmatched. The suite itself was lovely and we especially loved the bar area with room to make coffee and enjoy a drink. Our only concern was that we left the “do not disturb” sign on our door the entire stay and we swear an employee came IN our room while we were all sleeping, said “hello!” And left two bottles of soap. Then another time when we went sightseeing (and left the do not disturb sign) we came back to a gambling credit card left in the light-activation slot. Just a bit concerning but we chalked it up to “what they do”. If I was more concerned I would have spoken to the desk to ask about it.

The view from the room is unbelievable!!! We got the panoramic view from the deluxe room and I can sit and watch the mountains all day long! Very close to the train station, breakfast was amazing (again breakfast-with-view). The major downside was that the room could only accommodate two guests but was given to a family of four.

I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel especially for families. It is sub 4 stars hotel comparing to other 4 stars hotels.

Beautiful views and clean hotel! The extra beds were however very disappointing for my two kids, since they were not at all comfortable. For one night this was a good hotel 👍
