Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport, an IHG Hotel

Needed a room at the airport for family overnight. Reasonably priced. Clean comfortable and for me the bed comfort and quiet AC are a must. This hotel had comfortable beds and quiet AC. Hotel is older but this is a small issue. Quiet, staff friendly and very helpful. Only suggestion is to have softer pillows. Overall would recommend.

Overall experience was great. My family and I live in Melbourne however, we had an event to attend 5mins from the hotel. Very convenient for where we needed to go. Parking is $25 would have loved for this to be included for hotels.com members or subsidised or even better free however, the location is the airport. Room service took a while, all we ordered was fries, garlic bread and arancini and it got to us cold which was unfortunate. Check is was great, check out was perfect. No issues and would definitely stay again.

I needed to stay o/n at the airport because I had an early flight next morning Holiday Inn was convenient, but also quiet, spacious & comfortable. Staff were friendly & efficient. Room service meal was delicious, shuttle bus was convenient. I was cross w myself initially for needing the o/night stay, but I’m quite keen to do it again next time I’m visiting my family Thank you! I cannot speak more highly about this wonderful airport hotel. We booked it because we were attending an event at the MCG. We simply expected a clean room with a bed, and anything else was a bonus. However, what we got was WAY better. Way, WAY better! Firstly, the hotel is a very short walk from the airport terminal. Yes, they have a courtesy bus but you don't need it. It's an easy walk, even with luggage. Secondly you can walk back and get the Skybus to the city for $12. Unbelievable. The busses are fast and comfortable. But this wasn't even the best bit. The staff were the friendliest I have EVER dealt with in a hotel. They were LOVELY! They let us check in early, they were so kind to my kids, they could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Then, the next morning we had to leave early and THOSE staff were friendly and helpful. The training at this place must be top notch. Oh also, the room was ideal. Simple, like you'd expect but the beds were great, plenty of space. Really comfortable. I'll be staying here and at other IHG hotels again. Thank you.

Perfectly suited our travel arrangements as was 5min walk to airport terminals and our car hire for the day. Kids even got a free icecream voucher. Whole family enjoyed the facility. Breakfast was very nice also

Airport hotel but Surprisingly quiet. Big rooms. Comfertable beds. Asked for King size bed one bed for the child but as per reception only 2 queen size beds are for 3 people.

Space and size of the room was great for a family for a one night stay. In room facilities were good also. Easy access to Melbourne airport was great.
