Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport

Our family of 4 stayed the night before and early morning flight out of Melbourne airport. The hotel was super easy to check in and out of, brilliantly clean, comfortable, and the facilities were great (salt water pool gets a special mention!). Super quiet even though it took us 5 minutes from the time we left the hotel til we were parking our car at the airport. Great option, we would recommend and will stay again in the future.

The female night receptionist i dealt with was rude from the moment i walked in! She told me no smoking like 5 times all because i look young even though i my son whose not even a year old i had fully paid for my room a week prior to my stay and there was no mention on the site or when i rang about a bond until i arrived. I had to pay a $400 bond upon arrival even though i was at the hotel for not even 10 hours. I had to pay a bond because i paid with a debit not credit card. Not only that but she spoke to me as if i was stupid not knowing that i have worked at 2 hotels before and know the rules and policies. Very disappointed in how my partner and i were treated by this girl also i understand it is common for a lot of young people to smoke and treat the facility with no respect but that’s no excuse to discriminate me due to my age im 21 not a child!

Perfect for our family of five when we had an overnight stopover after returning from an international flight. Airport transfers where a huge bonus.

The staff welcome you with a big smile, restaurant staff polite and helpful food good quality would recommend to family and friends, i am going to stay again.

The staff are very welcoming friendly and helpful, the family room is larger than most and i would say with confidence is "one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed at. Shuttle service was seamless and efficient, bedding comfortable and very crisp. Highly recommended 👌

Was perfect fur 4 adults and 1 child two bathrooms two bedrooms Tea was made early due to 3 year old. Car left while away with a very convenient shuttle service. Who could ask for anything more night before flying out Thankyou

staff are lovely, rooms are very clean. 24 hour checkin was so helpful and shuttle bus to collect us from airport, even when we landed really late and when travelling with kids, these small details are really helpful and made our stay so easy and stress free. i will be booking there again
