Beautiful hotel with extraordinary design and service. Great breakfast, wonderful rooms. Many children …. Company event made it a bit crowded. Bad closed due to private party …. And no sun after noon in the garden or at the pool. …. But the beach is a good alternative

Wonderful stay. The staff were superb from check-in to check out. We booked a 2br apartment in the Jewel Residences, ideal for a family of 4. The apartment was located on the 35th floor with incredible views of the beach when in the kitchen, lounge, dining area. The master bedroom, with its own balcony, faced west towards the hinterland, so it was nice for afternoon sun. The hotel is a ~15-20min walk from Surfers Paradise, but easy enough to get an Uber or jump on the tram, which is ~200m walk from the hotel.

This is our third time at the Langham Gold Coast. The staff are so helpful and kind to my 3 young kids. It's the ultimate mini getaway.

Lovely lovely hotel. Amazing service and felt very genuinely clean. Only complaint would be the outdoor pool. It’s a bit small for so many people and children. Would love to see an adults only pool added. Regardless 10/10 stay.

Beautiful environment, warm and curious staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh healthy choices. Spa (Gym, sauna & pool) facilities were 5 star, complete with a priceless view. Perfect stay for couples or a lux family holiday.

I loved that when I checked in my daughter received a balloon. I love the kids club area all the facilities from magnesium pool to classes you can take during your stay. The rooms are just gorgeous. The only thing they could improve on is room service food didn’t think the bread was very fresh for breakfast and when ordering over the phone they could have listened better as my order was missing a few things when I received it.

We loved the rooms, and the hotel itself. The buffet breakfast was incredible, the bath tub and view was stunning! The only issue we had was the pool area. A but if a let down. Too small, the sand makes it feel dirty, and it should’ve ran across the front of the hotel to get that great beach view. I think the pool area needs to be re-designed to accomodate more guests. A brighter more beautiful tiled over sized pool and spa. Also, a seperate pool for kids only.
