A perfectly fine hotel for a family stay in Surfers Paradise. Comfortable serviced rooms close to Cavill Avenue and the beach. Good gym, sauna and steam room alongside a good pool. We didn’t try the buffet breakfast and there is no evening restaurant. Plenty of dining options nearby. Serving Chinese, Thai, Italian, kebabs and steakhouses.

Pool setup was really nice with a tropical feel. Great size. Centrally located, buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful. Personally, I would aim for the 2-bedroom setup next time. The single room with the 2 double beds sharing with the kids was a bit of a squeeze (not the fault of the resort).

We stayed there for 5 nights during the new year and we had the best stay. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We’re always met with service with a smile. The kids love the pool. We’re within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Would stay there again.

I have stayed here a few times having family near. Not anymore We had 2 rooms mine needed renovating.bathroom door coroded at the bottom curtains had been stitched and cupboard doors did not meet to close Balcony so tiny. The bar was close some nights could not get a drink One time we sat in the bar after a day out and had drinks and the girl behind the bar when we ordered drinks said you still haven't had enough So we never went back to the bar after that we had drinks elsewhere

The staff were very accommodating, rooms were a little tired and need a refresh. Perhaps advertising the space outside would be more beneficial. We weren’t aware of 2 fantastic areas until we left 5 days later of areas where kids can play and kick a ball without annoying people.

The hotel has a lot of functions that I really enjoyed such as gym, spa, steam and spacious at lobby. The location is very good, closed to restaurants and supermarket IGA , Woolworths in surfers Paradise mall. My room is hotel deluxe studio with small kitchen which is convenient for me to cook or eat outside. The room is neat and tidy but small. It’s ok for a couple without kids. The breakfast buffets in hotel is ok . I’m happy to come back in near future .
