The kids loved the pool & spa & there were plenty of space & seating around it. The property is conveniently located in walking distance to the beach, Broadbeach & Surfers with the light rail station right out the front door too.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The parking was easy and affordable. Our room on a high floor with a sea view was breathtaking, with stunning views that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the child-friendly environment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had no issues during our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable stay.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza over New Years in room 1301. This cost us $2,400. When we arrived we were horrified to discover that the OCEAN VIEW ROOM we had booked on Expedia was in fact a MOTORWAY VIEW ROOM. All we listened to was motorbikes dragging along the strip all night. When we tried to move, management blew us off. Next, we discovered that our room had no electricity. Then no TV. Most calls to reception were ignored. The family in 1302 made so much noise they could have powered the entire building with their energy. I’ve been screwed before, but never this hard. As another unhappy guest said, “Welcome to the Inn of the Damned!”

- beds and pillows were far too soft - Aircon highest temperature is 22 degrees, too cold, could only chose between cold or completely off. - water flow from bathtub tap is too slow - would be better if the shower head was a handheld style, not a fixed style (not convenient for children) - Relish restaurant: found a whole pile of “washed plates” were very dirty, told the male staff but was not attended straight away, I put them aside to another table but somehow they got placed back to the pile again.

Stayed with young family and we really enjoyed it. Great pool and spa, the buffet breakfast had a big variety and there is a tram stop right out the front for easy travelling around Gold Coast.

The hotel is a bit old school. The tap is still spilt between cold and hot tap. The Ev charger is a good feature but both were broken and staff was not willing to find staff to help. The room is really bad with sound proof. My kid at 8pm was speaking a little bit louder for once and then security comes up to say we are too noisy. Wth? Definitely not coming back.

The staff are efficient and lovely. The pool and spa are great for families and the tram is tight outside.
