The booking did not exist! However you took my money from my account! This was a surprise for my sons birthday! To only have to stand at the counter with crying children arfter being told that the room i paid for with access to themes parks did bot exist!! Refund my money immediately! Further action will be taken!

Always a nice stay at Seaworld Resort. Its clean, has a great pool and lovely garden areas. The rooms are nice and beds comfortable. However due to the limited bedding options we may not be able to stay again. We have 2 teenagers and no rooms have an option of a queen/double bed and 2 single beds at all. A little strange for a family resort.

Had a lovely time with family, stay a night at the hotel when going to Seaworld and you can go in to the park 2 days, good value. Breakfast is included. We ordered our dinner room service, not cheap but lovely food & convienient when kids are tired. Fun water park. We love this place. Great helpful staff.

The room was great for family of 5 in hotel. Breakfast was great and good variety. The beds were not comfortable at all. We choose this resort as it came with 3x park tickets which was good value. We would return here for sure

Great stay with the kids. Only down fall is there is a lot of walking to seaworld so bring comfortable footwear. Buffet breakfast was good and convenient for a long day at the theme parks, food was 6/10. Staff werevery friendly and quick to help. Qould stay again if we got a good deal

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying. We got a complimentary room upgrade to the new renovated garden view rooms which was beautiful, very quiet for a family resort, full buffet breakfast included which was amazing. It was also my sons birthday and after staff saw we had presents they asked the birthday childs name and age and when we came bsck from dinner there was a sign wishing him a happy 9th birthday with a small dolphin toy. My son was elated. It was such a kind surprise and really made our trip that extra bit special for him so I really appreciate that. As a single mum going on holiday can be a juggle but such wonderful helpful staff really made it much easier. Thank you for a wonderful experience, highly recommend to other families.
