We attended a conference in Carrera so this was the perfect location, room a bit dated but very comfortable and great King bed. Awesome pool as well but it closes at 10pm which was way too late due to the noise of unruly kids at that hour!! Restaurant was average dinner wise but couldn’t fault the cocktails :) Will def stay here again.

Excellent. Stayed for a few days as a family holiday in the Gold Coast. High standards throughout as to be expected from a Mercure hotel. Heated pool, hot tub particularly on colder evenings was a real treat. Superb facilities throughout with spacious twin room facilities which consisted of 2 double beds. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Mercure Gold Coast Resort. The room was spacious and really nice. It was lovely to look out from our window to see a baby swan swimming in the pond below.

Staff went beyond the call of duty. Always pleasant, professional, and offering to help out in anyway that they could. Highly recommend this resort. I will definitely come back with my family.

the swimming pool is not deep, it's for children. If swimming pool can be improved would be great

We had a great time during our stay, we were able to catch up with family l haven't seen in three years. The only down side were some of the guest as they were entering or exiting their rooms the doors would slam.

Wonderful place for a family holiday, kids loved the pools and location is good for a short drive to theme parks, beaches, and other attractions. Breakfast buffet was ample and tasty, with a good selection and wide opening times to suit lots of people
