Family room is perfect option to choose for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is nice. The hotel has also plenty car space

Stayed here with that family had both dinner and breakfast here and only complaint is there was no cold baked beans only hot ones lol. Over all would be more then happy to stay again 5☆☆☆☆☆

We enjoyed our stay, but the staff were grumpy. I booked an apartment for one adult and two children. Upon arrival the staff acted very put out that I needed beds for both my kids. Apparently just booking for kids online doesn't mean the accommodation will accommodate your kids. I had to pay extra for a fold away bed for one of my kids.

I have previously stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. However this stay was not up to expectations. I booked a room for myself and my 2 children (website said the room accommodated 3 people). I had to attend the reception and request a 3rd towel as the room only had 2 towels. When it came time for bed i looked for the fold up bed for the 3 person/child, however there was not one provided in the room. So the I assumed that there was a sofa bed, no wrong again! My child had to sleep on the hard lounge without a sheet. We were fortunate enough to find a spare blanket in the cupboard. The heating in the room barely took the chill off and because there now wasn’t any spare blankets we all froze overnight. The room looked like it had not been vacuumed. When I pulled back the sheets on the bed there was a hair on the sheets and on the pillow there was what looked like a small spot of dried blood. The bathroom was not clean and there was green mold around the spa jets. On the plus side location is great, queen bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

I loved the easy parking and the quiet calm of the hotel. Perfect for work or family trip.

We asked to be moved as where the room was located was right opposite a cocktail party, poor spot while trying to sleep with young children, they were happy to upgrade us.

Great for families, or anyone, nice and quiet and lots of room. Good location. Clean.

Easy access from south coast and accessible to shopping and family.

A lot of stuff up with the room. Upon entry to room, room was a mess. Got a second room, same again with mess. Told moving beds around and installing new beds. Came back again in 3-4 hours later. Room was ok but shortly after, another family walked into the room. Shortly after again housekeeping knocked on door to check on the room. Overall terrible 1 night experience. No wine glasses in the room.
