Nice hotel but we cut our trip early short due to terrible night with the air con not working and the room was cold we were up half the night. Hotel staff tried to assist with the air con but at 2am thought it was a good idea to move 3 children 3,5,7 at the middle of the night for another 2 bedroom suite. We decided to leave the next day to get a good nights sleep for our children Overall usually a good hotel and dinner at the restaurant was good. Just a bad room this time around.

I won’t stay here again I was booked for 2 nights for business and a relative was rushed to hospital so I had to leave 5 am the day of the second night I told them the details of what happened and the manager said with no sympathy what so ever. As you haven’t given 24hours notice we can’t give you a refund, I asked if could get a credit which he also refused and quite rudely. Treating some one like this when they have a family emergency is disgusting

We had a nice stay at the Deco apartments. It was our first time to Canberra so the location was good for centrality and restaurants. The hotel itself was great value for the 2 bedroom apartment for a family of four, clean. However we’d probably try somewhere else next time for something different, no vibe or soul.

there is no sofa in my room which made our stay less comfortable. We have a baby which goes to bed early. Once she is asleep, we can only sit on a chair as there is no sofa in the room (which is very uncommon). i talked to reception and they cannot help us. the only option is to upgrade at additional charges.

Checking in was 20mins late which felt like 2 hours as me and my family (including my pregnant wife) were super tired from the travelling. Wasn't aware that you had to pay for the parking. Other than that everything was fine.
