Customer service was great. The location was also good . I like the layout of the family room. However, the bathroom had mold in the shower and I had another standard room that smell like cigarettes smoke even though it’s not a smoking room. I did appreciate the 24hs check out for the standard room though .

Due to location and price, I had expected an older, frumpier hotel but this was a true delight. The basic room is small but perfect for single travelers. If you are a couple or family traveler I would recommend spending a few extra bucks for the bigger rooms. The breakfast was tasty. The entire staff is a delight and very helpful with anything you ask for. Everything is freshly remodeled in this conveniently located hotel. Two thumbs up.
