The hotel was cost-effective and overall, it was good. Westerners were mainly seen as family members, and locals came and went. The massage on the fourth floor is not normal type. It was difficult to find a healthy massage in Vietnam.

The staff were wonderful, and very accommodating. I really appreciated all their prompt and friendly assistance with the air conditioner issue, parking and early check out. I highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family about this wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

The location of this hotel is great, directly opposite the US consulate, and easy walking distance to Reunification Palace and Notre Dam. Th staff are very helpful and speak good English. We booked a King Deluxe room, for 2 adults and 2 children, however the room was really small with no room for an extra bed, and the bed not much bigger than a standard double. I asked a reception who said that I could pay to upgrade, however then offered me a deluxe twin room instead. This room was significantly bigger, and the beds were a good size. The breakfast was the most disappointing thing however, poor choice and extremely poor quality, we didn’t eat anything on the first day, and ate elsewhere on the second.
