The Oriental Jade Hotel

Staff members here are very helpful and polite and speak good English. They greeted us with welcome drinks and also gave us souvenirs when we checked out the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really great with many variety of options and my kids loved the roof top pool. This hotel is very clean and very convenient location where we can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph Cathedral. Highly recommended to stay here. We asked hotel staff to find us a transportation from Hotel to Hanoi airport and they booked the taxi for us with 500,000 vnd (USA $20) which is good price.

They definitely earn their 5-star hotel rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Similar to what you would find in a nice hotel in the states. Location is excellent! Excellent customer service from hotel staff. David was very friendly and professional. Upon leaving the hotel, the staff all got together to help load our luggage into our car and bid us a farewell. My family made great memories at the Oriental Jade.

Very friendly and helpful staff, took great care of the elderly folks in my family! Excellent service throughout the stay! Rooms could be less dusty and amenities like the gym more well maintained. But otherwise very good location within the old quarters and excellent service!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Oriental Jade. The hotel location is perfect, walking distance to the lake, shops & restaurants. The staff is very professional, everyone is polite, always smiling, they really care about making sure your trip stay is pleasant. The managers David Do and Martin (Duy) made us feel so welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend if you want to feel special and have a luxury experience.

This hotel is great, my wife and I were in Hanoi for medical tourism. From the restaurant to the rooftop bar/ swimming pool, all amenities is are well maintained and serviced. We only wish that the staff at the hospital were as well trained and well mannered as the staff at this hotel. The staffs at this hotel are very well trained and always try their best to keep us feel like we are at home. The rooms were comfortable, a/c works great, and the cleanliness was excellent. I will definitely return here for our next trip and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Really lovely boutique hotel situated perfectly between the lake and the church. Breakfast was simple but delicious, their pho is the best we had in Hanoi :) We we’re traveling with a baby and they were very attentive - setting up the cot (a very nice and spacious one) - and even lowering the setting for us so our crawling and standing baby doesn’t climb over the cot. My only feedback is on the sound proofing - there is a very loud rooftop bar across the street that pumps aggressive dance music until late at night. Obviously not the hotels fault but it’s something to take note of especially if you’re a light sleeper. Overall a lovely stay. We will not hesitate to come back every time We come to Hanoi.
