Our family room is a bit small. Also the sound proofing could be improved. Staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

Really lovely staff! Super helpful and friendly! We had a big problem (visa) and got separated from a family member…so tricky times! They were so helpful organising to solve the problems (getting our suitcases back) and reuniting the family on the onward journey! Fabulous effort! Easy walking distance of night markets and old French quarters.

Great hotel and staff! The hotel was quaint and cute. Their free breakfast was soo good! The staff were so nice and friendly, they even remembered our names and room number. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family!

the staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome to Hanoi. the breakfast was delightful & the rooms were well maintained, though the family cozy room was a bit small for our group of 4 so we got an extra room which worked out perfect. the spa was out of this world - amazing! front desk & food services staff were so amazing we cannot thank them enough for making our stay so wonderful. clean rooms, amazing location, would stay again. 10/10

The hotel was beautiful but the staff is what makes this hotel a gem. Each one was so helpful with giving directions and advice. They became like family! The spa was awesome, best 90 min massage ever! Stay at this place you won’t regret it.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for a week at JM Marvel. This is a boutique hotel where the staff connects to you and your family on a friendly yet very professional way. We were greeted by Ha at the entrance stairs, who alongside with her team made us feel genuinely welcome.
Breakfast has plenty to offer and the chef, Ms Tuy, always had something special for us.
Anna and Eric, helped us booking day trips to Ha Long bay and Nimh Binh, both impeccable! As well as the food tour. Amazing!
Overall the hotel facilities delivered against our expectations. The staff was what made the difference. I’d recommend and definitely stay at JM Marvel again.
