The staff was so friendly and accommodating! This hotel came recommended from a family friend whose wife is from Vietnam.
The staff helped us to book our trips for our stay during our time in Hanoi, and their recommendations were fantastic.
My fiance and I had previously stayed in 5 star hotels in Ho Chi Minh, and in our opinion, this was our favorite hotel. It misses the "amenities" that must be a requirement for a 5-star designation, but it felt like they were really looking out for us and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Traveled with family... Was an easy check in. Location wise, very convenient. Lots of good eating places nearby.
Staff were friendly... Spoke decent English.
Room and bathroom spacious.
Breakfast was good as well.
Highly recommend!
