Phu Hai Resort

The staff was so friendly and helpful, room is clean, breakfast is excellent… high recommended for this resort for family or business’s vacation..! I will coming back for next time.

The hotel was nice. Avoid the massage. Not worth the money. We booked a car to take us back to HCMC. The first driver was good, but he made a stop and a driver change. This driver made several stops. He needed to smoke, WC, stop by a family place, coffe, etc. The driving was either reckless or superslow. We used one hour more just so he could save some money on highway toll.

We enjoyed the beach view villa, from which we were a few steps away from the beach and from the swimming pool. Nice waves to have fun with the kids on the beach. We did have two noisy afternoons with loudspeaker entertainment for groups though, but it ended in late afternoon. Overall, a very nice experience.

Stayed 8 nights in march 2015. We were two families with children from three to fifteen. We were all very happy with our stay at Phu Hai resort. The beach was nice and cleaned every day. The rooms (villas) were just a few meters from the beach and offered splendid views. The pool area was nice and so were all the restaurants. Very good food and great hospitality. Pros: * Great beach * Nice pool * Good food at the restaurants * Friendly staff * Fast, reliable wifi available * Comfortable beds * The outdoor shower is just magic Cons: * Located a bit off the "main street". You have to take a cab if you wish to get there. That said - there really is no need to ever leave the resort, at least not for food.

This resort was amazing! The staff got to know our family and what we liked and helped out so much. We traveled in the off season so that made it nice to not have many people around us. Very helpful, clean, and all around amazing time to spend on the beach with the family! I'd recommend the train to get to and from the city too!!!

The hotel was nice, good pool and well located, however a lot of information listed on Expedia was incorrect such as a baby sitting service and 24 hr shuttle bus available upon request.

Nice beach-resort located approximately 10 minutes from Mui Ne city centre with taxi. OK clean rooms, but don't be surprised to find some insects in your room. Good breakfast. The staff try to help, but seem to only want you to use their own options for food and activities. We asked if there were any restaurants in walking distance, they said no and we had to use the hotel restaurant, this was not true. Same with Jeep-guided tour. Hotel sells them for 20 dollars but they cost 5-8 dollars in town with hotel pickup. Nice for families, nice pool, great location on probably one of the nicest beache in Mui Ne. Free tennis-court and pool-table.
