Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was fine, the typical hotel breakfast fare. That said, the pool and hot tub gave my family pseudomomas folliculitis, which put a damper on our fun. The kids are pretty miserable. Those pools need a professional cleaning. FYI, they charge you a daily "energy reclamation fee" that you can request to be removed from your final bill. The receptionist who checked me in informed me of this when I checked in, but the receptionist who checked me out got a little huffy with me when I requested to have those fees taken off.

We had the room closest to the lobby. We were there with our granddaughter who is in a ball tournament and so we had to get up early the next morning and there were adults and children in the lobby, partying and yelling. It was not a relaxing experience for us.

We.stayed here for one night with our grown children and grandchildren. Everyone we talkes to was very nice. Pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Pool area was clean too. Continental breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. I only had one.issue and that was the carpet needed cleaning in the room. We would stay here agin.

Shouldn't have to play with the toilet to make it work. In room 115 the float kept sticking and in the conference room sometimes you had to jiggle the handle to make it stop running. Very accepting of family staying there gathering and enjoying each others company.

We’ve stayed here 3x. 2 out of 3x either the pool or hot tub is out of use. Working staff eating continental breakfast alongside guests is unprofessional and unsanitary. Front desk is rude overall. We will try someone else when we come to visit family next time.

Good location, pool, spa and breakfast. > 10 screaming kids in lobby for 2hrs - staff did nothing > staff had family at breakfast area, grand daughter with blaring cell phone watching movies! > staff takes smoke breaks at rear door, which is open, and fills lobby with smoke!!!

Pool was finally warm enough to swim. Whirlpool was broken. Keys fir hotel and room were not functioning. Breakfast was disappointing. We look forward to the waffle bar and the batter was awful this time! We stay here at least 2-3 times a year to visit family and the last 2-3 stays have been sub par. I think it’s time to look elsewhere.

Space was tight for a family of 4. It was generally clean. The plumbing had a problem. My kids did enjoy the pool.
